Luxembourg gained membership of the International Youth Federation 

London, United Kingdom:  In a statement issued today, the Executive Board announced that Luxembourg has gained the permanent membership of the International Youth Federation.

In Luxembourg, 28.4 percent of the population falls under youth category, according to Luxembourg data analysts (STATEC - 2011). Our vision at the IYF is to enable Luxembourgish youth to get their voices heard among world youth and to give talented and motivated young people the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge to actively contribute to the development of their societies.

Executive Board announces Caroline Gasparro as International Youth Federation Representative in Luxembourg

Ms. Gasparro is a young leader and advocate, who is passionate about youth empowerment, international development, and international relations. She has been actively involved in a number of international conferences themed around the promotion of youth development, sustainable development, and international relations. 

The issue of youth empowerment is particularly important to her, in this regard she said: “I believe that today’s youth will be the leaders of tomorrow. Hence, by empowering youth we are giving future generations the right tools to become great leaders that will have the power to make a significant impact in the world.”

Ms. Gasparro holds a Master degree in Finance from Durham University, United Kingdom and Bachelor in Economics, International Studies, and Psychology from Miami University.
