Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Gorret Nabukenya as Regional Director for Africa  

London, United Kingdom: The Executive Office of the International Youth Federation announced today the appointment of Ms. Gorret Nabukenya of the Republic of Uganda, as Regional Director in the African region. 

Ms. Gorret is a result-driven programme manager, with a proven ability to develop and strengthen teams to maximise organizational performance and efficiency. She is experienced in leading and growing organizational capabilities, and line it with a dynamic and progressive organization setting.

Early in her career, she worked extensively on programme and operations management for over a decade in functions related to refugees, education, youth, HIV and sustainable development. 

She has a master’s degree in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University.
