Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Cora Constantin as Chief Digital Officer

London, United Kingdom: The Executive Office of the International Youth Federation announced today the appointment of Cora Constantin of Romania as Chief Digital Officer.

Ms. Cora is a senior Information Technology professional with over a decade of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a broad knowledge that covers multiple tech disciplines in blue-chip organizations.

She began her career in core networks engineering, progressed to service operations and cross-functional technical solutions design. Over the past four years, she took a keen interest in the data and analytics world; she has architected solutions to address complex business problems and future-proof business operations.

At the International Youth Federation, Ms. Cora will help us define the future digital strategy and oversee the execution of digital transformation. 

She has a Master of Engineering (Networks and Services Management) from Polytechnic University Bucharest.
