Carlo Angeles

Carlo Angeles, IYF Regional Director, Americas & Caribbean

Mr. Carlo Angeles is an advocate for citizenship development through youth active particiation in the design and implementation of public policies. At 25, he was appointed as National Director for Organization of Youth at the Ministry of Education, becoming Peruvian youngest senior government official. In this capacity, he designed Peru´s first civil society participation and accountability mechanism for the Sustainable Development Goals.

He holds a Master Degree in Public Administration from San Martin de Porres University and has received specialized training at Harvard University and Köln University.
