International Youth Federation appointed Salma Kayali as Regional Adviser for Middle East

Minsk, Belarus:  In a statement issued today by the Executive Board, The International Youth Federation appointed Ms. Salma Kayali as Regional Adviser on Youth Development for Middle East and North Africa. 

Ms. Salma is young professional, judge, mentor, and speaker passionate about her dreams of building a startup nation, Salma lead Young Arab Leaders (YAL) in the United Arab Emirates, an organization that promotes entrepreneurship and quality education regionally.  Salma’s role as Executive Director gave her the chance to exercise her skills in management and provided her with a space to creatively tailor initiatives and programs that aim to encourage the Arab youth to explore the entrepreneurial path. She also is the lead organizer of Startup Weekend in Dubai and other cities.
