Malaysia gained membership of the International Youth Federation

Gomel, Belarus:  In official statement issued today, the Executive Board announced that Malaysia has gained the permanent membership of the International Youth Federation. 

Our vision is to foster and promote youth empowerment and sustainable development all across Malaysia, and to raise the values of social responsibility, environmental and culture awareness among the society to enable it to take action towards better future. The youth have a crucial role to play in shaping the future of the county, have that there is no doubt. They have proven that they can be powerful agents of change.

Executive Board announces Immanuel Tan as International Youth Federation Representative in Malaysia

Mr. Immanuel Tan is a young professional who is passionate in empowering youths across the country and around the world. He is a motivated and result-oriented development worker with extensive experience of project design and planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. He has knowledge of organizing campaigns, workshops and facilitation skills from working with national and international organizations. He believes that every young people has a purpose to be fulfilled and is capable to make a difference in the lives of those around them. His message to every young people is to be the best they can be to attain excellence.

The International Youth Federation is an international non-profit youth organizations network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is neutral politically, and non-denominational, aim to empowering youth worldwide through improving the status of youth and promote cooperation between youth organizations in different countries.
