Ms. Wofai Samuel is an international affairs, communications, and trade promotions executive with extensive experience designing and delivering high-impact programs across the United States and sub-Saharan Africa. Over the course of her career, she has held senior leadership roles in bilateral trade, government relations, advocacy, media, and institutional partnerships, demonstrating strong strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and a commitment to strengthening economic cooperation and private sector engagement.

Education

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology & Environmental Biology from the University of Calabar, Nigeria, and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources & Organisational Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
