Syria gained membership of the International Youth Federation
Minsk, Belarus:  In a statement issued today, the Executive Board announced that Syria has gained the permanent membership of the International Youth Federation. 

In the challenging conditions which facing Syrian community leaving youths feeling overwhelmed and insecure, We believe that the decision made today by the Executive Board are so important at this moment to provide Syrian Youth with the help needed to get their voices heard and to build a better future.

Executive Board announces Yamanah Zaidan as International Youth Federation Representative in Syria

 Ms. Yamanah is Syrian young professional passionate about youth development, Marketing and Social Media fields. she believes in the importance of youth in all communities and their big role in making a change for better future by giving them a chance to have  a seat at the table. She is interested in SDGs especially SDG4 "Quality Education" and she always says" if we want to change the world we should start from education"  that urge her to work on many programs aim to help Syrian Youth and children inside and outside Syria to continue their Education.

After wide selection process, Ms. Yamanah was chosen to represent Syrian youth at IYF, after she earned many high profile endorsements.


The International Youth Federation is an international non-profit youth organizations network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is neutral politically, and non-denominational, aim to empowering youth worldwide through improving the status of youth and promote cooperation between youth organizations in different countries.
