Libya gained membership of the International Youth Federation 

London, United Kingdom:  In a statement issued today, the IYF Executive Board announced that the Libya had gained the permanent membership of the International Youth Federation.  

In the challenge conditions which facing Libyan community, leaving youths feeling overwhelmed and insecure, We believe that the decision made today by the Executive Board is so important at this moment to provide Libyan youth with the help needed to get their voices heard, and emphasizing on their role in achieving sustainable development and to build a better future in Libya.

Executive Board announces Fares Labedi as International Youth Federation Representative in Libya

Mr. Fares Labedi is a young professional, political advisor, peace-building and conflict resolution lecturer, development and youth advocate, and Trainer of Trainers (TOT) in skills for policy dialogue for CSOs. He had a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Tripoli University.
