Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Ladi Ekundayo as Chair of Learning Commission

London, United Kingdom: The IYF Secretary-General Ambassador Saeed ZAKI announced today the appointment of Ladi Ekundayo of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as Chair of the IYF Learning Commission. 

"I look forward to working with Ladi to expand our learning portfolio, improve knowledge-focused programmes for young people.” said Ambassador Saeed ZAKI, IYF Secretary-General.

Ms. Ladi is a seasoned HR Specialist with robust experience in recruitment, learning and development, outsourcing and HR system design and implementation. She brings to bear over 15 years of substantive experience in the of HR and Sales management fields. and her drive for excellence and commitment to service delivery has endeared her to several organizations and audiences.

Through her experience, Ms. Ladi has designed and facilitated a wide variety of learning programs, for businesses across sectors, providing strong professional interventions across the full spectrum of learning and development ranging from performing high level analysis of learning needs, identifying and solving for learning gaps and developing creative solutions to meet both learner and business needs. 

She is a graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and a certified Global Human Resources Professional, a Chartered Human Resources Manager and a certified Strategic Workforce Planner.
