Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Nadia Bibi Sarwar as Regional Director for Asia and Pacific
London, United Kingdom: The Executive Office of the International Youth Federation announced today the appointment of Dr. Nadia Bibi Sarwar of Pakistan, as a Regional Director in the Asia & Pacific region.
Dr. Nadia Bibi Sarwar is a young leader, advocate, doctor, blogger and award-winning speaker who is passionate about youth and women’s empowerment.
Early in her career, she founded ‘Sehat Karwan’ – an online service designed to facilitate medical and services and provide assistance during ailments and local emergencies. In addition, she is advocating for women empowerment through her community engagements to encourage young females to speak up for their rights. Moreover, she won 'Best Speaker Award' in Asia Pacific Future leader conference in 2017.
She has a Doctorate degree from Khyber Medical University and a bachelor’s degree in Science from Hazara University Mansehra.
