Ms. Nada Alqahtani is a distinguished learning and development professional with more than a decade of experience in advancing inclusive education, talent development, and workforce readiness in Saudi Arabia. With a multidisciplinary academic background and deep-rooted passion for human capital development, she has worked across government institutions, universities, and cultural organizations, consistently designing programs that foster leadership, equity, and innovation.

Prior to joining the IYF, Ms. Nada worked with FOCUS Consultancy, leading training initiatives for youth, women, and marginalized groups, developing digital learning strategies, and integrating AI tools to improve accessibility.
