Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Irina Maslennikova Director for IYF Leaders Assessment Center
London, United Kingdom: The Executive Office of the International Youth Federation announced today the appointment of Irina Maslennikova, as Director for the IYF Leaders Assessment Center (IYFLAC).
Dr. Irina Maslennikova holds a Ph.D. degree in Environmental Protection from Moscow State University. Before joining IYF she had a successful career both in the non-profit and commercial areas. Upon completion of her Ph.D., she worked as Senior Coordinator of UNEP projects on land degradation and desertification.
She joined Xerox in Moscow in 1993 to be soon transferred to the UK as Environmental Manager for Xerox Europe. She progressed through the positions of Marketing Director for Xerox Developing Market Operations; President and General Manager of Xerox Mexicana, Vice President of Xerox Global Supplies Business Group, and ultimately Vice President and General Manager for Xerox Latin America. Throughout her international career, Dr. Irina accumulated great experience in discovering, coaching and supporting young talent.
She is also a champion for supporting hi-potential women at work and is always maintaining her professional focus on environmental protection and sustainability.
