Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Ethar ELTINAY as Regional Director for Middle East & North Africa 

London, United Kingdom: The Executive Office of the International Youth Federation announced today the appointment of Ethar ELTINAY of the Republic of Sudan, as Regional Director for Middle East & North Africa.

Ms. Ethar is a public policy professional who has worked in public sector reform for over 12 years. She has been mentoring social enterprises and has a passion for social work. She brings to this position more than a wide range of experience in programme management, policy, advocacy, outreach, innovation for development, and multisectoral coordination. 

During her career, she has worked in prominent organizations such as Ernst and Young as well as the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development. Recently she served in the International Youth Federation as a Regional Strategic Advisor at the Regional Administration of Middle East & North Africa. She has been working on building multi-stakeholder partnerships for a number of initiatives, connecting government departments, NGOs, Private sector and SMEs. 

She is currently working on government innovation and heads a startup think tank, working on policies for innovative reform of governments. Her work revolves around building cross-sectoral collaborations and multi-stakeholder initiatives to advance the status of youth and empower women in Middle East and North Africa region.
