Press Release: International Youth Federation Appoints Olivia Gowie Chair of Learning Commission
London, United Kingdom: The Executive Office of the International Youth Federation announced today the appointment of Olivia Gowie of the United Kingdom, as IYF Chair of Learning Commission.
Ms. Olivia is a young professional with substantive experience in the field of education and a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry, with a proven track record of delivering business revenue and results.
She brings to this role strong experience in business development as well as in managing global projects with multiple stakeholders, combined with significant expertise in coaching, teaching and leading diverse teams.
Ms. Olivia also works a Programme Manager at Duke Corporate Education, where she designs and delivers training programmes to C-Suite Executives. Prior to this, she worked as Centre Manager for Accelerate Learning to launch the first tuition centre in London, and before that she worked as Assistant Director Explore Learning, New Cross Gate ensuring the efficient management of London-based learning centres.
Ms. Olivia holds a bachelor’s degree in German Studies from University of Nottingham.
